FireFly Telecom accepts no responsibility for any typographical errors or omissions from any pricing lists and cost comparison charts we may show from time to time on the Firefly Telecom web site. To the best of our ability all costs that may be illustrated for other telecommunications companies will be materially accurate at the time of entry onto our comparative spreadsheets from the time they are published.
In all instances where applicable, price comparisons will be rounded up to the nearest 1p (i.e. 14.7p becomes 15p, 1.9p becomes 2p). All price comparisons will be based upon the published charts found on the relevant company web sites and are based upon the best priced peak tariffs, where applicable. Price comparisons do not take into account any promotional prices offered, competitions, limited or general offers or incentives etc. No warranties (whether express or implied) shall be given or deemed to be given by FireFly Telecom in respect of any of the pricing or the services provided under this agreement.
